Default Service Contract
A Service Contract becomes default when the check boxes 'Default on Retail Deals' and 'Contract Template' are checked. A default Service Contract does not need to exist in order to push a deal to DealerTrack.
However, a warning message will occur when a default Service Contract has been established but does not have the SD Record Key and External ID set. The two external identifiers are referenced inside DealerTrack to retrieve further information about the Service Contract and connect it to the deal.
