After reading this article you will be able to:
- Navigate to a dealer account record
- Add a contact to the account

Step One: Navigate to a Dealer Account Record
- Click the App Launcher icon.
- Enter Accounts in the quick find area.
- Click Accounts.
- Click desired account.
Note: The Record Type column will display Person, Business, Or Dealer.
Step Two: Add a Contact to the Account
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Click New.
- Select Business Contact.
- Click Next.
- Fill out all the * required fields.
- Click Save.
Step Three: Contact Fields
The Last Name, Lead Type and Source are the only required fields for Contacts. Enter accurate data into Contact fields to fill out the Contact. The Contact fields are sectioned into Contact Information, Address Information and Additional Information.
The contact information section contains:
|(a) Name||Name of the contact.|
|(b) Contact Owner||The user who communicates with the contact.|
|(c) Company Details||Contact's relation to the contact.|
|(d) Contact Information||Channels to get a hold of the contact.|
|(e) Spouse / Other||A spouse or connection of the contact.|
|(f) Source Details||The contacts lead and source information.|
|(g) Alternate Email||Secondary email address.|
|(h) Referral||Account lookup|
|(i) Rental Disposition||Used by rental department to determine why customer did not rent from company.|
|(j) Location details||Longitude and Latitude of where the contact works.|
The address information section contains (a) primary address and (b) secondary address.
The additional information section contains (a) Record type and (b) Business to Customer checkbox.
