Log a Call from a Sales Up for Lightning

Goal

Keep track of the calls made to prospects by logging calls directly from the Sales Up.

After reading this article you will be able to:

  • Navigate to a sales up
  • Log a call

 

Attention Users,
Salesforce has two different desktop user interfaces: Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. This article is designed for Lightning Experience.

 

Step One: Navigate to a Sales Up

  1. Click the App Launcher icon.

  1. Enter <Sales Up> in the search area.
  2. Click the Sales Up link.

  1. Select desired Sales Up.

Step Two: Log a Call

  1. Click the Activity tab.
  2. Select the Log a Call sub-tab.
  3. Click the Add button.

Log a Call Sub-tab

The Log a Call Sub-tab is comprised of Subject (a), Name (b), Comments (c), Related To (d) and a Save button (e).

Fill out the Log a Call fields and click Save.
