Create a new Site sites enables you to create public websites and applications that are directly integrated with your organization.


After completing this how-to you will have created a new domain and registered a company site.

Systems Administrator permission is required to complete this task.    

First Step

Navigate to Setup.  

Enter Sites in the Quick Find. From the search results, click Sites. 

Start to enter Sites in the quick find and click on Sites

Second Step

Enter a domain name and check to see if it's available. To proceed with the domain name, check the box to agree to the Sites Terms of Use.

Click the Register My Domain

helpNote_icon.gifIMPORTANT: Once assigned, your domain cannot be changed. Choose a domain that represents your organization and makes it easy to share and remember.

when a domain is available, agree to the terms of use and click Register Domain button.

The new Site is created and ready for use.
