After completing this article you will know how to access and set up the default CRM Settings in your DealerTeam org.
First Step - Navigate to CRM Settings
1. Click the App Launcher.
2. Enter crm settings in the search area.
3. Click CRM Settings.
Second Step - Edit CRM Settings
Then continue by entering the variables to set up your company's default CRM settings. This is done by a series of checkboxes and industry-standard nomenclatures. To complete making changes to any settings, click Save.
CRM Settings, Desk Log Settings and Internet Lead Management System Section
For example, all desk log deal types will be R for retail and L for Lease, while the deal status A and U both signify SOLD. Hover over the question marks for help definitions. Click Save after making edits.
Email Settings and MPI Settings Section
Default CRM settings exist on a single page. The multiple sections are for demonstration purposes. MPI Settings are a good example of how custom pages can be set up to leverage the DealerTeam application. Dealerships can print branded invoices, with logos and custom colors using these simple settings. Click Save after making edits.
Rewards Program and Inventory Media Settings Section
A dealership may choose to enable a Rewards Program and manage the settings. Default settings for inventory media can be set up to control size and crop ratio to facilitate posting pictures to the web. Click Save after making edits.
