Remove everything in the URL after the .com and add  /apex/dealer__crmsettings to look like this,

               https://na9.salesforce.com/apex/dealer__crmsettings

Press Enter to be directed to a hidden visual force page containing the DealerTeam CRM Settings.

Second Step

Then continue by entering the variables to setup your company's default CRM settings. This is done by a series of check boxes and industry standard nomenclatures.

For example, all desk log deal types will be R for retail and L for Lease, while the deal status A and U both signify SOLD. Hover over the question marks for help definitions.

Default CRM settings exist in a single page. The multiple sections are for demonstration purpose. MPI Settings are a good example how custom pages can be setup to leverage the DealerTeam appplication. A dealerships can print branded invoices, with logos and custom colors using these simple settings.

A dealership may choose to enable a Rewards Program and manage the settings. Default settings for inventory media can be setup to control size and crop ratio to facilitate posting pictures to the web.
